BACKSTORY (2002 —Present): My favorite restaurant at the Disneyland Resort. Located inside the Grand Californian Hotel, you can begin your experience in the lounge area with a glass of wine or a delicious cocktail. Moving into the dining room, you will find your server and their assistants attentive...but not overly so. I have yet to have a bad meal here. I would also suggest you try the Chef's Table if it's available. An excellent opportunity to see the kitchen up close and personal, and maybe the chance to see Executive Chef Andrew Sutton in action!
